Iron Clad (Bison Coating) Tile Spacerless 6" X 6" X.25" Ceramic White Satin Finish

Features Bison Coating, the best name in sublimation tile coating.

6x6 Bison® Spacerless Ceramic Tile - Satin White Finish Sublimation Ceramic Tile, Spacerless, 6.0625" x 6.0625" x .25". Lovely tile for a mural to use as kitchen decor, or to include with a frame, trivet or in a wood box. Production for this tile requires the use of a felt pad 1/2" thick and an 1/8" green rubber pad, both at least an inch larger than the tile, sold separately. This tile does not have lugs

Instruction Details

Additional: Heat Tape, 1/8" Heat Conductive Green Rubber, 1/2" Nomex Felt

Paper: TEXPRINT DT (Ricoh AND Virtuoso Printers) OR TEXPRINT DT LT (Epson Printers)

Instructions

1. Place Nomex Felt Pad ON Bottom Table.
2. Cover the Nomex Felt Pad WITH a sheet of protective paper.
3. USE Heat Tape TO attach your transfer TO the tile.
4. Place the tile WITH imaging side face up, WITH attached transfer face down, ON top of Nomex Felt Pad AND protective paper, ON bottom table.
5. Cover WITH a sheet of protective paper.
6. Cover it ALL WITH a piece of 1/8" Heat Conductive Green Rubber Pad, and press according to time, temperature, and pressure above.

Application notes: Do not use grout for IronClad tiles, especially colored grout which will stain the tiles. Mortar, glue or silicone are recommended.
